Dutch artist Parra is responsible for some of the most sought-after Nike Air Max 1 sneakers ever. In 2018 Parra renewed his collaboration with Nike, using the Air Max 1 as his canvas yet again. The 2018 Parra x Nike Air Max 1 is his most unique take on the shoe yet. The stripes and polka dots on the sneaker are modeled after Parra’s abstract paintings of Dutch cityscapes and countrysides.
